Working with various tools to manage AD like Adminpak and Manage Engine AD manager.
Provide guidance, training and leadership to junior members of the IT Team and contractors.
Act according to the escalated incidents and complaints raised the CRM.
Call back the cellular customers after or before resolution for information sharing.
GPRS and Blackberry configuration and support.
Sending reports to NSS teams based on increased number of specific incidents.

Manage and Troubleshoot Cisco and Hypercom based connectivity infrastructure.
