• Assisting with the National Program, particularly in the area of recruitment, orientation and employee relations.
• Handel the orientation for national employees, contract signing and paperwork.
• Promoting employment at Zayed University to the public and recruiting national support staff to the Abu Dhabi Campus.
• Participate in special projects to support the recruitment area, including creating and maintaining a database of information about the national employees the development and evaluation of training programs
