Demonstrated PlC programming, with my engineering expertise working at my internship at Siscom Automasi Technology Solution and demonstrated all other aspects of my diploma at university assignments and presentation
Communication
• Gained experience in speaking to small and large groups during both University and work experiences. Target audiences include fellow students, lecturers, employers, staff, colleagues and mainly customers. Since I had to deal with a lot of customers when I worked in the travel agency, I sometimes had to deal with extremely impolite customers who had high demands and I learned to be very patient, polite and extremely friendly in such situations since I believe in the statement "customer is king".
Team Work
• Demonstrated teamwork when participated in team building Programs in Gopeng, perank with Nomad Adventure, Malayisa.
• Experienced in working with team of up to 20 members as at work, training programs, workshops and in extra curricular activities such as sports
Multi-tasking & Time Management Skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks within my working experience. I was responsible for dealing with customers, and since no customer wants to wait, sometimes while dealing with them I had to check for their requests and make phone calls and even talk to my superiors just for their satisfaction. My tasks were always timed since I believe in punctuality and serving customers did not give me much of a choice. However I enjoyed working in timely manners. Since time is precious and shouldn't be wasted.
