Worked in a prime power Plant. CUMMINS KTA38 & KTA50 gen-sets of 1000 KVA rating.
Leads a team of mechanics, responsible for complete preventive and breakdown maintenance of all these gen-sets and related equipments like fuel & lube oil transfer pumps and sump pit pumps
The preventive maintenance include scheduled maintenance as per manufacturer’s guidelines, from normal oil & filter change, Periodic maintenance, overhauling kit changing of water pump, Turbocharger, oil lubricating Pump, Fuel and water pump drives bushings up to top, Semi major and major overhaul.
include complete stripping of the engine cleaning, checking of all parts dimensions using special tools & gauges, deciding the parts to be replace and then assembling and testing of the engine.
4responsible for preparation of reports of overhauling (records of all measured parts & their specification limits) and spare parts used.
Making sure, regulatory needs and safety measures are maintained .Maintain the work place and assured the work done is in accordance to the safety rules and regulations.
Sound knowledge of the safety rules and regulations to be maintained in the power plant .
Duties & Responsibilities.
Mechanical & hydraulic repairing and maintenance of all site equipments including, cranes (Grove & American host) Excavators, wheel loaders, bob cats, small compactors compressors, Cummins and cat gensets, forklifts, Tower lights, Water pumps, diesel transfer pumps, Pneumatic hammers, hyd jacks.
Provide job card to team on a daily basis.
Ensured that mechanics monitored site operations.
Monitor schedules to ensure time efficiency and work accuracy.
Ensure that all equipments an d tools are maintained appropriately
Ensure that all jobs are being carried out according to project protocol
Developed Preventive maintenance program to avoid brake down and delays.
Performed root cause analysis of machine failure and proposed corrective actions.
Performed equipment installation and maintenance work based on requirement.
Monitor that all mechanical duties are carried out in accordance to the specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities.
Diagnoses and repairs on malfunctioning of diesel engines.
Keep clear communication with the other oil rig crew members
Mud Pump: ModleF-1600 inspection for proper repair or overhauling.
Repairing of all centrifugal pumps and Install new Agitators, if required.
Rotary table: clutch and brake drum replacement and check bearing clearances.
Completely follow up company policies and procedure for safe working environment.
Brake band & brake rim, clearance of clutch friction disc and check other related problems
Draw Works National 110-UE (1500HP), Check adjustment of brake handle, clearance between Brake band & brake rim, clearance of clutch friction disc and check other related problems.
Support critical spare parts inventory and initiate purchases orders for all kind of parts and equipments as required.
Perform daily prophylactic supports checks to assure equipments are running within proper limit.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare (MRI) order to parts required to repair the machinery
Manage to minimize wastage rate by working efficiently and accurately
Perform to troubleshoot the problem and repair the equipment accordingly.
Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various kinds of heavy equipments like rollers, graders, excavators, shovels, dozers, dump trucks, including diesel engines and hydraulic equipments
Handle tasks of repairing and replacing equipment parts such as drums, seals, buckets, gears hydraulic Pump and electric motors .
Periodic maintenance and scheduled preventive maintenance of diesel engines, heavy equipments and tools maintain the record of scheduled and preventive maintenance carried on equipment.
Reviewed operator information about equipment performance and asked probing questions. Handle to responsibility of examining parts of excessive wear or defective using gauges and micrometers.

Overhauling of military tanks engines,
checking of endplay, backlash of drive and driven gears,
prepare the measuring sheet and forward to workshop Forman for further instructions
Measuring of all main parts of engine including crank shaft, cam shaft, pistons, liners, con rods bushing all gears bushings and drives bushing and shafts.
Duties & Responsibilities: Installation and alignment of Draw work (JC 70 DB)
Troubleshoot for root cause and repair as required.
Organize and promote the rig maintenance equipments.
VARCO TDS 11S greasing, lubrication, scheduled checkup.
Rotary table: Replacement of clutch and brake drum also checking of bearing clearance.
Promote a safe work environment for co-workers for proper operation of rig equipments.
Perform daily inspection and maintenance of mechanical, electrical & Hydraulic equipments.
Overhauling of Mud Pump 10P 130(1600 HP) alignment of Mud Pump chain/belt sprocket pully.
Perform daily inspection and maintenance of mechanical, electrical & Hydraulic equipments.
Documents all work which is performed on work order and entry into MP2 Program everyday
Manage power system, perform periodic checks and routine maintenance of power pack engines` `CAT 3512 series.
Duties & Responsibilities.
Diagnoses gasoline and diesel engines malfunctions and perform minor and major repair to engines and components.
Perform routine and cyclic servicing tasks, e.g .brake adjustment, lubrications, cooling systems, tire maintenance tasks etc.
Focus to Stabilize effective diagnostic practices and repaired methods of Diesel & Gasoline engines.
Efficiently use and care for Petroleum products, Chemical supplies, synthetic and solid materials commonly use in automotive maintenance trade
After completion the job properly cleaning all mechanical hand and power tools.
