I have experience providing Level 1 IT support, helping users with system access, usability, and technical issues. I worked on maintaining and supporting web systems, ensuring their availability, performance, and basic security, including coordination with cloud services like AWS and CDN platforms.

I also assisted in managing online systems such as admissions and merit processes, making sure everything runs smoothly and supporting users when needed. I handled IT issues by logging, tracking, and resolving them, and escalated complex problems to senior teams when required.

In addition, I helped monitor servers and network services, supported system updates, backups, and worked with different teams to resolve issues and improve systems. I also prepared basic documentation and user guides, and followed basic cybersecurity practices like access control and user awareness.

I have experience in the maintenance and development of software projects, along with deploying applications to staging and production environments. I implemented basic security measures to ensure system safety and worked closely with team members throughout the software development lifecycle.

I was responsible for identifying and fixing bugs, improving performance, and maintaining code quality through code reviews and version control practices. I also prepared technical documentation and user guides to support system understanding and future development.
