Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Track and reconcile bank statements
Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
Process tax payments
Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
Provide administrative support during budget preparation
Participate in quarterly and annual audits

• To send weekly delivery note(DN) to the contingents
• Making manifest of all contingent
• Transfer item from location to location on the system
• Assist doing stock control per month
• Assist doing delivery not of all contingent
• Preparing items ready for inspections
• Maintaining office assets
• To make sure that goods are kept on the pallets
• To see that items picked for dispatch are not expired
• Updating of the supervisor about the damaged and expired goods.
• Preparing of monthly and weekly reports on items picked
• Picking and packaging
