Construction Supervision of Infrastructure Projects within the proposed Al Ra’idah Housing Complex Project, Contract Package 1 - Rough Grading and Infrastructures: This package comprises but is not limited to the following; Demolition and removal of materials above original surface, Cut & Fill. Construction of Roads, Storm Drainage System, Potable & Water Distribution System, Sanitary Waste Water Collection, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Irrigation System, Landscape for Sidewalks, Boundary Walls and Electro-Mechanical works. Project Cost is 481M SAR.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Generally inspect, assess and evaluate all construction materials delivered and/or submitted by the Contractor in accordance with the project specifications.
•Sampling and testing of construction materials.
•Check Project Laboratory Testing activity and evaluate test results for acceptance.
•Supervises and control all concrete and asphalt operations.
•Supervises and control roadway embankment formations, Sub grade preparations, Sub-base and Base Course.
•Conduct survey of probable sources of materials (Quarry).

HAIF Company contracted the projects for Feeder Roads in Makkah areas with a total of 50Km. This is link with Taif Ring Road Project with 500 km road. Previous project handled are the Asphalting works in Riyadh (Amana).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Conduct lab technician to establish legal boundaries of properties
•Checking material of stock pile
•Testing and inspection of roads at new locations
•Preparing all tests, monthly progress report, submitted and take approval from consultant
