Shamim group of industries is a leading FMCG group in south Punjab with annual turnover of more than Rs. 500 million and shows steady growth in business overtime. The major products include Vegetable oil, Detergent Soaps and poultry feed.
Major responsibilities include:

• Recording accounting data into the accounting software timely and accurately along with general recording keeping.
• Managing Purchases accounts, Accounts Payable, Sales Accounts, Receivables (Complete Cycle).
• Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement and communicating banks for clearings on daily basis, checking and verifying Vouchers including Bank/Cash.
• Perform any other duties related to works as directed by the Chief Accountant and work closely with the Chief Accountant to ensure smooth operation of all finance & accounting matters.
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups, Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Other responsibilities include Management Reporting, Bookkeeping, Petty Cash, final Statement of accounts for Audit purpose, Receipt/Payment and Journal Vouchers, making payment for office utilities (Such as Landline, Electricity & Insurance).
