building of adolescent girls for accepting menstrual hygiene
management and personal hygiene during meetings in adolescent
meetings at the village level
Prepare a report for every visit of the village, block, and district level
and sent to the state supervisor
Support to Government for implementing adolescent programs
Advocate with 3 district health officials (i.e. Commissioner, AD
health, DM, CMO, DTO, DPM, DPO) for support and
strengthening. PPTCT (Prevention of parents to child transmission
of HIV) program.
Capacity building of Frontline workers (ANM/ASHA/AWW)for
HIV testing of every pregnant woman.
To supervise 12 ORWs teams of three districts
To develop an operational plan to promote HIV testing and followup of every HIV-positive pregnant woman (Through weekly ASHA
/ANM meeting days at block and at VHND).
Monitoring and analyzing the data of the assigned district.
Presentation of data at different forums
To analyze the data on the basis of received data from the
field.
To check data of Block Mobilization coordinators as wellas of
Community Mobilization Coordinator (Through field visits) On-thejob training of Community Mobilization Coordinatoron IPC,
Mother meeting, and other project activities.
Monitoring and analyzing the data of the assigned district.
Presentation of data at different forums
To approach prospective clients through calls and emails.
To convince parents for buying B-Tech preparation DVDs and to give them
technical training to understand the software.
Finding new potential services to offer to the clients and helping the
company expand to new market.
