• Installing, maintaining, servicing and updating hardware and software as required for the network, configuring and installing network services
• Setting up and maintenance of all user accounts and logins, dealing with employee workstation issues
• Lecturing to undergraduate and postgraduate classes on business and IT topics and arranging seminars and workshops on subject areas related to IT and Management
• Liaising with students, line management and all relevant departments involved in project completion to ensure that the projects are completed and delivered on time
