Responsibilities:
 Managing accounts payable & accounts receivable
 Reconciliation of monthly for Three Different Bank account statements
 Preparing Invoices and Following Outstanding
 Performing Debt Note & Credit Note if need.
 Prepare quarterly and annual Schedule, financial statements, payment schedules and financing schedules
 Performing Petty Cash Services for Five separate Departments
 Preparing monthly salary sheet for staff & labours
 Reporting on variances in quarterly costing reports
 Preparing annual company accounts and reports.
 Preparing and maintaining company vehicle expenses details for each vehicle. (Fuel Maintenance, Insurance, Permit etc).
 Preparing and submitting monthly MIS report (Management Information System)
 Preparing monthly sales analysis and variance report.
 Passing Provision Journal Vouchers
 Preparing & submitting monthly Cash Flow and Sales Report Chart
 Checking and maintaining of invoice files, supporting documents, and service commencement reports, service ended report, manpower details and site details in safe custody and submitting consolidated report every month.
 Making Requisitions passing NON Inventory GRN, Bill Booking Etc.
 Managing payroll function for 200 employees (Settled Salary, Leave Salary, Air Passage and Gratuity)
 Assisting for processing of monthly payroll for 200+ employees
 Assisting for checking salary card calculations and make soft entries in the system.

Muslim Commercial bank of Pakistan - Worked for Two months as on internship

 Worked in cashier Department.
 Worked as Book Keeping
 Deposit Department
 Electric Transactions Department
 Loans Department.
 Examined the Bank Statement and Prepared the Financial Report with SWOT Analysis
