Job Summary
•Overseeing the day to day implementation technical and operational activities of the project at province;
•Participate in meetings with relevant stakeholders and represent AREP;
•Developing project documents, reports and any other papers, Preparing monthly financial and technical narrative report of the project and submit it to the Project Manager;
•Reporting to the Project Manger concerning field activities;
•Acting being as Liaison Person for the relevant stakeholder at province;

•Collect data of program activities and trainings, review and check to ensure that all information is correct
•Compile all data and information into agrees data system, database and files so that they are available and accessible for reports, both internal and donor
•Maintain database of program activities and beneficiaries at district level
•Act as focal point for district staff for sending and receiving data
•Provide written and verbal translations for reports from communities as needed
•Travel to field sites as necessary to verify data collected against data available at community level
