• Management Support. Provides support to top level management by conducting meeting coordination, scheduling for internal and external staff training, mail processing, correspondence, audio typing and dictation and sub-contractors coordination. Acts as Executive Assistant of Construction Director and Senior Project Managers.
 Purchasing. Issues Purchase, Service, Change and Work Orders using Sage Timberline system. Coordinates and transacts with sub- contractors and suppliers and assists in project tender.
 Accounts. General Accounting work includes job-cost monitoring, cost reports, back charging, invoice processing, debit note issuance and justification.
 Fleet Management. Establishes schedules for providing vehicle and equipment maintenance services, identify and review requirements then transacts with suppliers. Issues Hiring and Purchase Orders for rental vehicle, spare parts, service and maintenance. Allocates company parking areas and supervises drivers’ activities.
 Material Control. Arranges internal transfer of items and disposal of construction material, fixtures and assets. Transacts with buyers and monitor Sales Orders.
 Administration. Allocates and supervises activities of administrative assistants, office boys, electricians, receptionists and workers based on sites requirements. Supervises office transfers and utilization. Monitors Annual Maintenance Contracts of equipment and office maintenance. Prepares correspondences via Aconex system.
 General Affairs and Others: Mans the reception area in the absence of the Receptionist. Handles setting up of new offices from leasing to furnishing until full operation. Monitors Tenancy Contracts, solves office maintenance problems and coordinates with Real Estate. Performs other functions as requested by the consultant, site personnel, Safety, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs Managers.
