I. Job Purpose & Objectives
1- Supervise the provision of office supplies and publications for the company.
2- To provide maintenance and cleaning services and security for the company's offices and property, and to ensure their implementation in accordance with the rules and regulations.
3- Follow - up contracts signed with third parties such as rental and maintenance contracts and property insurance.
4- Assist in coordination with the various agencies to cover the various events and activities of the company.
5- Attract offers and bids from suppliers, according to company procurement procedures manual.
6- Supervision of computer services, networks, and provides the necessary hardware.
7- Preparation of administrative decisions and circulars upon request and submit to His authority for approval, and follow-up implementation after accreditation.
8- Follow - up to what is published or broadcast programs for the company and its related entities in various media and the preparation of periodic reports to do so.
9- Do translations work and other related work and work assigned to him by his direct supervisor.
I. Job Purpose & Objectives
Manage Laboratory’s resources to meet & exceed business, financial & quality goals consistent with legal & company obligations while promoting a safe, healthy & good working environment for its employees. Designated as Motabaqah Top Management’s Representative responsible for quality & technical system & operations of the Laboratory.
II. Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Establish yearly business & financial plans & strategies to ensure positive cash flow
• Manage financial expenses of Laboratory
• Coordinate with Motabaqah Port counterparts & sales to ensure continual maximization of Laboratory’s capacity & capability
• Provide Laboratory with necessary resources (Personnel, Equipment, facilities & methods) to carry out Electrical Product testing meeting regulatory, customer & laboratory management system requirements
• Ensure testing of customer samples in accordance with agreed requirement, established quality systems & defined turn-around time
• Authorize Test reports & other customer related documentations
• Ensure continual compliance to ISO/IEC17025 & improve effectiveness of Management system
• Establish Quality Policy & Objectives and effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
• Periodically conduct review of laboratory’s management system & testing activities to ensure continuing suitability & effectiveness and to introduce necessary changes & improvements
• Develop employee awareness on the relevance & importance of their activity to the achievement of management system objectives thru their immediate supervisors
• Ensure timely resolution & prevent recurrence of customer complaints
• Ensure timely implementation of Corrective & Preventive Action defined thru consistent follow up on responsible process owners of outstanding actions
• Perform duties & responsibilities of Technical & Quality Manager in their absence
1- Troubleshoot / observe equipment performance to carry out corrective maintenance works to restore availability within minimum downtime.
2- Perform necessary electronic and instrumentation adjustments / tuning / setting to fulfill new requirements.
3- Perform equipment electronic and instrumentation preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment is kept in good working conditions.
4- Provide continuous feedback to the team leader or the supervisor about.
5- Observations made to improve functionality and efficiency.
6- The requirement for spare parts so they can be made available on time
Associated degree in Applied Science in Electronic Engineering and Measurements in Hail Community College now called Hail University (Branch of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals)
