PROJECTS:
• Manage the flow of documentation/submittals within the organization
using Aconex/Viewpoint/Oracle
• Manage all Projects documents such as Handing-Over/ Completion
Certificates, O&M Manuals, Project Memos, Sales Orders, Order
Acknowledgment, Warranty Certificates
• Assist in preparing Payment Certificates
• Handles petty cash / expenses claims
• Manage & Monitor Sales Forecast and/or Opportunities using CRM
Salesforce
• Create contract proposals to procure necessary resources quickly while
meeting budgetary and quality standards
• Prepare commercial proposal & material submittals worth approx. AED
35M for Data Centers/ electromechanical products i.e. Generators, UPS,
CCUs, Chillers, DC Systems, PDU, etc.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support
when requested
PROCUREMENT:
• Assess procurement requirements, prepare procurement plans, draft
specifications, and initiate procurement process
• Check quality of deliverables and ensure that procured items are
delivered properly as per specification as well as contract agreement
and deal with performance evaluation of vendors
• Assist to ensure timely procurement of goods/logistical requirement and
services through monitoring the procurement progress and follow up with
vendors
• Maintains contact with vendors regarding orders and merchandise, new
products, market conditions, and trends, & Conduct market research to
identify pricing trend

• Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc..
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars
• Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
