•Working with MEBCo- Clarios from 2007. Currently working as Facility Engineering Coordinator, responsible for managing the engineering department.
Successfully completed various important projects to expand the production plant facility. Simultaneously responsible for managing the maintenance of plant electrical & controls system and utilities.

Job Role & Responsibilities:-
•Planning, scheduling and execution of projects.
•Conceptualizing and implementing project strategies.
•Dealing with the plant expansion and modification plans.
•Preparing project business proposal and presentation.
•Cost estimation & budgeting.
•Managing and coordination of consultant, vendors and contractors.
•Working on Electrical Engineering projects activities such as developing electrical projects design concepts, developing customized solutions for major electrical problems, generating projects specification, outlining sub-systems interfaces and producing Bill of Quantities structure for the projects.
•Providing technical support for installation, testing and commissioning.
•Providing high-level of technical support for plant electrical power distribution, electrical controls, PLC, SCADA, system to Area Maintenance enabling them to troubleshoot and rectify plant problems.
•Dealing with Electricity Company to facilitate plant electrical power requirements.

1:-Centralized Cooling Chiller Plant Project. From- (2015 to 2017)
As a project manager recently I have completed successfully a fully automated SCADA control 4000TR (JCI-YORK) centralized centrifugal chiller plant with highly advances technology, VSD control energy efficient centrifugal chillers, vfd control pumps for variable primary flow and cooling towers running with redundant PLC to provide full plant reliability. I was deeply involved in all phases and field from conceptual design to design review and implementation of (P&ID, electrical controls, chiller plant sequence of operation, SCADA graphics, plc programming etc...) to complete the project successfully with in defined project timeline with maximum chiller plant efficiency of 0.75 KW/TR.
Also currently supporting after handover activities to establish the chiller plant cost efficient operation and preventive maintenance program.

2:-Electrical Power Distribution Projects and Maintenance. From- (2008 to Currently)
As a plant Electrical In-charge completely responsible for plant electrical power distribution system (LV & MV) conceptual design, power system study, load analysis.
From 2008 successfully completed many power distribution projects, including design and installation of power substation, LV & MV (13.8 KV) GE switch-gears system. Having many year’s exposer on advance (GE) protection feeder relays and coordination. Recently working on project to upgraded the existing plant MV main switch-gear system.
Having many years of experience on design and installation of LV/MV power cables and switch-gear.
Successfully completed project on electrical system design and installation of new plant buildings, plant lighting system, grounding system etc.

3:-Steel Buildings Construction Project. From-(2012 to 2017).

4:-Production Machine Line Setup Projects.
As project manger completed many production line machines setup projects with fully automated robotic control technology.

5:-Energy Sustainability and Saving Projects.
Completed various project on energy saving and successfully reduce the plant electrical demand, consumption.

6:-UPS and Diesel Generator Project to provide for reliable power supply IT Data Center.

7:-Plant Shutdown Maintenance.
Responsible to lead and providing continuous plant electrical maintenance technical support to the maintenance team to perform the major yearly preventive maintenance shutdown program for electrical power distribution network, substations, transformers, switchgear, chiller plant, fire-alarm system, HVAC system and other utilities etc.
