Job Title: Accountant and Administrative Director.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Line-up workflow according to what is planned taking into account the work of the staff properly.
• Providing interviews of applicants to work well and identify the strengths and weaknesses with the person who is faced the position.
• Preparing reports of clinics revenues and appointments of patients on a daily basis.
• Drafting revenue and expense sheets and verifying whether each has exceeded its maximum or minimum limit as planned on a monthly basis.
• Follow up Marketing Department and make plans for a marketer to raise the rate of income, patients and formulation of the message sent by us to customers by via text messages, Facebook and Twitter.
القيام بالعمليات المحاسبية و الإدارة المالية و عمل ميزانيات إفتراضية سنوية لعمل الأقسام التشغيلية و إعداد تقارير يومية و إسبوعية و شهرية و إرسالهن إلى الإدارة إضافةً إلى الإشراف على جميع الأقسام في الفرع .. مثل التسويق و المبيعات و المستودع و شؤون الموظفين من (مقابلات شخصية و عقود عمل و حضور و إنصراف ...).
الدعم الفني و البرامجي للفروع من إعادة عمل الفرع بعد إي إختراق إلكتروني أو فقدان بعض البيانات المتعلقة بعمل البنك المالي و الإستثماري و التمويلي.
