• Review and approved all types of tickets & invoices (C.T, Pump, Clean Out, Logging, Frac.Acids, well testing units, wire line units, well head maintenance, ...etc.) • Follow up and train all new UD’S & UT’S and put training course and working schedule • Technical support for all operational work (C.T, Pump, Clean Out, Logging, Frac. Acids, well testing units, wire line units...etc.) • Held periodic contractor meeting to discuss all contractor service quality management and performance. • Supervise and manage the WSMS system for contractor sharing, yearly job plan, current jobs, annual revenue and contractor evaluation &performance. • Review, analyse and verify the scope of work and technical specifications for Well surveillance teams for tender packages in order to be in line with the engineering standards and meeting the operational requirement. • Evaluate and monitor the contractor's performance by ensuring compliance with safety, contractual, procedural and regulatory requirements to ensure the improvement of their service and meeting customer requirements. • Tenders and contract processing: Set up the scope of work Technical offers evaluation Commercial offers evaluation • Facilitating compliance to the contract, advising and guiding on Contractual matters. • Review of contract and advises any shortage in the contract. • Coordination of contractual issues/works related to the jobs. • Revise the service tickets and the invoices items technically for rig-less jobs as operational and contractual point of view. •Support the field engineers in negotiated matters related to contract. •Assigned on projects with other groups where follow-up the services under the contracts which my team supervise its contract. •Sharing improves the work quality in field and office by sharing put standard procedures for some operations and in office improves the paper work process.
I AM WORKING FOR KHALDA PETROLEUM COMPANY IN DISTRICT ENGINEERING SECTOR. KHALDA IS A JOINT COMPANY WITH APACHE WORKING IN WESTERN DESERT IN EGYPT (ONSHORE FIELDS). KHALDA HAS MANY GAS AND OIL FIELDS. THE MOST OF OIL WELLS ARE PRODUCING BY ESP TECHNIQUE. THE DETAILS OF MY WORK EXPERIENCES DURING THAT PERIOD ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1)PERFORMING AND/OR WITNESSING THE FOLLOWING JOBS:
•DRILL STEM TEST, HYDRAULIC FRACTURING, PROPPANT CLEAN-OUT AND GRAVEL PACK
•PERFORATION JOBS (TCP, THROUGH TUBING PERFORATION)
•WELL LOGGING (PLT, RST, TDT, USIT, GR-CCL)
•WELL TESTS (RFT, PBU, PFOT, SS, ECHO METER SURVEY)
•WIRELINE WORK ( RIG LESS RECOMPILATION, TUBING GAUGING)
•CTU WORK (SAND AND SCALE CLEANING, STIMULATION, LIFTING WITH N2)
2)ANALYZING THE FOLLOWING WELL LOGS QUALITATIVELY:
•OPEN HOLE LOGS (RESISTIVELY, LDL, CNL) TO DEVELOP COMPLETION AND/OR RECOMPILATIONS RECOMMENDATIONS.
•CASED HOLE LOGS (PLT, TDT, USIT, CBL) TO DEVELOP STIMULATION, WATER SHUT- OFF, PERFORATION/REPERFORATION, AND WORK OVER RECOMMENDATIONS AS REQUIRED.
3)FOLLOWING UP THE TOTAL OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION OF MANY OF OIL AND GAS FIELDS TO DEVELOP A CORRECTIVE ACTION AS REQUIRED.
4)FOLLOWING-UP THE PERFORMANCE OF OIL, GAS, AND WATER INJECTION WELLS OF MANY OF WESTERN DESERT FIELDS TO DEVELOP REMEDIAL ACTIONS FOR ANY PROBLEMATIC WELL AS REQUIRED. MOST OF OIL WELLS ARE PRODUCING BY ESP TECHNIQUE.
5)ANALYZING THE FOLLOWING WELL TESTS FOR PRODUCING AND WATER INJECTION WELLS: REPEAT FORMATION TESTER (RFT), STATIC SURVEY (SS) AND ECHO METER SURVEY
6)RECOMMENDING AND/OR PREPARING STIMULATION, WELL-BORE CLEANING, SCALE INHIBITION, WATER SHUT-OFF, WORKOVER, WELL TEST, CTU AND WIRE LINE WORK, CASED HOLE LOGGING, AND PERFORATION PROGRAMS.
7)USING THE COMPUTER SOFTWARES TO BUILD UP DIFFERENT DATABASE.
8)PLANNING, FOLLOWING-UP, AND SUPERVISING WELL TESTING, WALKOVERS, STIMULATION AND WELL-BORE CLEANING, UNLOADING WELLS USING CTU AND N2, AND CTU AND WIRE LINE WORK.
