Duties and responsibilities are included but not limited to the following:
* Drafting legal documents such as; lawsuits, statements of claims, briefs, agreements and
contracts.
* Drafting technically correct legal opinion so that clients earns maximum profits and so that no
legal actions taken against them.
* Review of commercial agreements including but not limited to agency and distribution
agreements; investment agreements, services agreements etc.
* Taking legal measures or requisite procedures for litigation.
* Providing legal advice on all aspects of a company’s activities; contribute to negotiations and
drafting of agreements related to the company and its business affairs generally including
company resolutions.
* Undertaking legal research and provide advice to clients on legal issues to avoid disputes and
minimize litigation.
* Providing legal solutions to problems that have cropped up and ensure that it compliance with
the current applicable laws.
