Client: Saudi Aramco KSA.

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer’s quality requirements of Design, Procurement and Construction phases, and ensure that the project quality plan and organization internal procedures fulfills the contractual and standards requirements.
• Participate in preparation of project quality plan, work procedures, inspection and test plans and inspection checklists. And control the amendment and revisions.
• Identify and plan the manpower resources required to implement the project’s quality system and ensure that personnel qualification and testing and inspection equipment specifications in accordance to contractual and standard requirements and consistently provided.
• Ensure effective communication and implementation of organization’s QMS, PQP, project related ITP and work procedures.
• Manage and direct a team of quality personnel through enhancement of awareness on company policy and department vision, established KPI, and meetings.
• Assess training needs, conduct training and evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
• Prepare audit plan and check list, conduct first and second party audits in accordance to Organization’s QMS and ISO 9001 standard. provide follow up on the implementation of the required corrections and corrective actions.
• Monitor the achievement of project’s quality objectives, evaluate customer satisfaction degree and analyze data, utilize continual improvement method PDCA and DMAIC. Issue weekly and monthly quality report to demonstrate the implementation effectiveness of quality system.
• Develop risk base thinking and preventive measure through structured toolbox meetings addressing quality requirement and lesson learned. And communicate the proactive notification while progressing.
• Liaise with project management, customer and suppliers on quality issues and attend weekly progress meetings.
• Review supplier’s quality related documents and personnel qualification to ensure their planned activities meet contractual requirements.
• Conduct management review meeting on intervals to highlight organization or project strength, weakness, opportunity and threats, and monitor the changes.
• Investigate customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
• Conduct job interviews for quality engineers, supervisors and inspectors.
• Ensure that Engineering Reviews of Project Proposal and Detail Design Documentation process is in accordance to project specification and monitor resolution of review comments.
• Review material requisition packages, purchase orders and inspection assignment packages to ensure all applicable quality requirements are identified and incorporated.
• Monitor the status of punch list item during pre-commissioning and prepare project close out package prior mechanical completion certificate.

-Jet A1 fuel hydrant network pipeline and hydrocarbon transportation pipeline installation and pre-commissioning in King Abdul-Aziz International Airport Development Project.
-Tie-In connection to Existing Aramco Pipeline

Client: Almabani General Contractors, AL Riyadh-KSA.
Consultant: DAR ALHANDASAH shair and partners s.a.l, Jeddah, KSA.

Project: EPC contract of 220 Km Cross Country 40'' water transmission pipeline with 7 storage tank and filling pipe stations with capacity range of 1500-140000 Cu.m and pumping station.

Client: Saline Water Conversion Corporation SWCC, AL Riyadh-KSA.
Consultant: Dorsch International Consultant.

Project: Laying of 50 Km 66 inch water transmission pipeline, cross country and in city.

Client : Ministry of Water and Irrigation, Amman-Jordan.
