Check maintenance of the established standards in the Reservation Department.
 Development and management of customer contacts.
 Up selling.
 Optimal communication and Cupertino with all other departments, in particular Front desk, Accounting,
 Know all the functions of the computer system and eliminate minor errors in the software itself.
 Take part in communication meetings on a regular basis.
 Always co-operate with colleagues in the department.
 Obliged to take part in internal training courses and implement what have been learnt in daily practice.
 Participation in meetings and training courses.
 Optimal communication and co-operation with all other departments, in particular Front desk & Accounting.
 Maintain tidiness in the building and clothing in the department.
 Aware of the joint responsibility for safety in my hotel and abides strictly by all the safety instructions, especially when operating the machines and equipment
 Know what to do in case of an evacuation/fire alarm or other emergencies (i.e bomb threat).
 Ensure that all front doors and stores belonging to the department, as well as the key cabinet for the whole department, are kept at all times.
