In Summary
Started my work experience in the field of HVAC Maintenance and Applied Equipment and recently diverted to be as a Business Expert in SAP implementations.
Currently working as General Services Business Line Team Lead for various SAP implementations such as Plant Maintenance, Upgrade from EhP3 to EhP5, Saudi Electricity Restructuring Project (Phase I and II). My primary role and responsibility is to assess and capture all the business requirements in the business blue prints (BBR) related to Plant Maintenance Module in SAP. Further, preparing the configuration and master data needed to fulfill the business requirements. Since January 2009 I have represented the General Business Line in NEBRAS Projects and it involves change management activities in relation to move from the old legacy CMMS to SAP as well unifying the business processes in one integrated system.
My responsibility in three implementations namely, PM implementation, Company Restructuring (Phase I&II) and SAP upgrade from EhP3 to EhP5 in general could be summarized to the following:
* Ensure all business requirements were captured in the Business Blue Prints.
* Participate in the business solution and maintenance processes.
* Participate in the master design creation.
* Participate in the daily meetings related to the projects as well tackling all the issues.
* Coordinate with Change Management to create and assign Job Roles to SAP users.
* Participated in the data cleansing process and mapping by identifying the business rules and validation the results for better
data quality.
* Participate in the Integration and Scenario Testing of the solution will all business parties like finance and material.
* Knowledge and hands-of the SAP-PM system.
* Business support after Go-Live in all aspects.
* New data load after Go-Live.
* Assigned as the Business Data Owner and managed the job roles and approving the authorization to users as well any change in current solutions.
* Coordination related to Change Management related to the PM module as well other integrated modules like PS/ SRM and MM.
* Identified and worked hand to hand to ensure proper output of BI reports.
* Direct reporting to Executive Director for all activates.
