• Act mainly as the Commercial HRBP and work as the strategic BP for the CCO regarding all HR related business scope including; manpower planning, talent acquisitions mainly for the key positions, performance management and the related individuals development plan, enhance employee engagement, in addition to reviewing both intrinsic and extrinsic rewards to ensure maintaining all at the desired competitive edge
• Oversee business partners performance across the organization and evaluate their performance according the agreed on HR governance model, SLAs, and KPIs
• Oversee all outsource activities across outsourcing services providers to ensuring all are aligned with business plans including both competitive and corporate strategies
• Manage all outsource related cost; including business partners’ overhead cost, and formulate the related compensations and benefits budget plans to ensure that all outsource teams are exerting the desired efforts that can achieve business goals
• Manage HR Business Partners team to ensure implementing a unified and consistent HRM practices across all partners / departments including vertical and horizontal alignment.
• Work closely with all HR team internally to ensure that all HR practices are maintained and updates as per business needs.
• Manage HRBP team across the region to ensure that effective and efficient representation of HR core services to all employees in regions, along with enhancing employees engagement levels
• Maintain, update, and create business process and procedures to ensure Identifying ways that can improve and enhance the quality of current HR services and operations, and drive forward changes to deliver improvements.
• Oversee outsource business partners performance management is implemented and codified on ERP system
• Manage smooth and automated reports for all outsource workforces, to ensure accurate reporting that can support strategic management decision making
• Oversee business partners pay & reward to ensure that effective and fair salaries, bonuses, incentives and promotions are implemented properly at the end of each performance management cycle in conjunction with the key stakeholders business
• Manage and administer employees’ engagement surveys, reports, and the related action plans.
• Manage business partners’ projects to ensure implementations are consistently aligned with Zain SA guidelines and business related roles.
• Manage within HR Department within the assigned business domain including recruitment, training, career development in consistency with HR policies and business needs to improve global performance of the Partner
• Control the manpower planning (right people, right place, right time) of the partner in consistency with the budget (including staffing) to improve the HR Partner department performance and capitalize on the usage of the outsourcing concept to the max according to the company strategy.
• Collects information about the moral and the motivation of the employees through formal and informal ways to feedback the top management and recommend corrective actions.
• Define and gain approval for HR business plan and follow up the implementation to ensure the respect of HR business plan and respect of HR commitments to the Partner
• Contributes in the HR Partners’ performance by leading specific transversal projects or actions to ensure that all actions decided by HRD are implemented in the Partners.
• Ensure successful implementation for HR strategy among the internal department and act as strategic business partners & advisors for the departments’ directors to ensure aligning the corporate strategy with the competitive strategies.
• Manage recruitment and selection process of the company and job descriptions and requirements to attract the appropriate level and quality of staff.
• Manage job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs will be advertised.
• Training staff in interviewing techniques and on the role of the assessor at a selection center.
• Developing plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring within an organization.
• Efficiently implements, adapts and further develops sales effectiveness strategies, tactics and programs that will enhance organization performance and comply with the local market dynamics.
• Continuously monitors the sales performance with the objective of refining work processes and contributes with sales personnel in reallocating resources to maintain and enhance effectiveness e.g. reorganizing resources in response to a change in the marketplace and/or financial resource allocation

Within Retail Operations- Commercial Department
• Being retail channel SPOC in CRM phase in terms of business requirements, training and deployment.
• Liaise with HR internal training in preparing all retail training materials regarding all company products & services.
• Supervise all retail-training activities to achieve retail management training requirements and be a part of special training projects as assigned by the Retail Management team.
• Responsible to supervise roll out team in opening new stores all over the region with managing new opening and related details in terms of people, training, operations and communication with all departments.
•Co-ordinate with HR team to prepare all the required manpower for the new openings from hiring to training including junior, supers & managerial employees.
•Coordinate all roll out tasks will all department to insure smooth stores openings.
•Run on-the-job training for the new hired, with monitoring and reporting to Retail Regional Manager.
