Strategic Planning: Developing and leading development of plan which delivers key target objective; managing department, staff, protocols, disciplines and processes. Created and customized all financial reporting (Balance Sheet, Income Statement).
Oracle Business Process Management: Customized the Oracle Business process to suite the company workflow; accountable for Oracle Business Intelligence Implementation (Oracle - Micro strategy); Oracle Alerts, workflow, ADI Customization and oracle XML Publisher.
HRMS: Accountable for people & Assignments Management Process (HRMS & Payroll); created and modified Fast Formulas (HRMS & Payroll). Responsible for the projects Billing and Costing Implementation. Performed the budgeting and Consolidation across Multi Currency environment.
Liaison & Coordination: Liaised and spearheaded the entire phase of the project which included initial operations analysis and business process re-evaluation; preformed the integration of Oracle HRMS, Financial and Projects with External Applications.
