Mainly, overseen all Technical Affair- Utility and Maintenance and operation department
duties at Eastern Region, that consist of five main divisions (Electrical systems Division,
Mechanical systems Division, Low Current system Division, Non-medical equipment
division). As follows
·Perform all U&M activities for the Site Asset and infrastructure as per related services
and operation manufacturing manuals, national and international related standards.
·Seeking the effective implementation and monitoring of all KSAU-HS university’s
approved procedures and policies.
·Do necessary enhancement for all in operation systems, as well as, developing the
conducting U &M tests as per contracts and manufacturer manuals
·Recording, analyzing and interpreting statistical Data and introduce professional
Technical solutions
·Supervise new minor projects from designing stage through to the execution and
operation stage
·Preparing and writing required technical reports and giving presentations as per the
higher management demanded
·Reporting and supervising all systems and equipment in operation for further
improvement and Energy conservation
·Perform the role and deputized the whole technical teams composed of the Building
Services & Projects Task Force, Engineering Services and the U&M Operations
Departments respectively which has been successfully done up to the present.
·Acting on behalf of the Director of Technical Affairs in his absence handling both
administrative and technical various issues and concerns of the department as well as
providing the required services needed by the other departments and personnel staff.
·Leading and supervising the U&M operations two technical contracts and assuring the
required deliverable is met as per the contractual obligations.
·Evaluating technical proposals and preparing related technical specifications required
by end users
·Managing all of the professional personals and look after their experiences
development by setting the guidelines and make necessary training plans and ensure
their capabilities and skills are enhanced and sharpened.
·Integrate specialist knowledge and methods in engineering with effective management and technology strategies to plan and implement engineering projects. ·Research and synthesis key information, and apply expert judgement in project management design, planning and implementation. ·Interpret information and communicate knowledge, ideas and procedures to both expert and non-expert audiences. ·Employ independent learning strategies to update own knowledge in the field of engineering management and project management and keep pace with innovations, techniques, industry trends and standards. ·Work as a member of a team in a manner consistent with ethical and professional standards.
·Gather all basic and advance electrical engineering knowledge ·accumulated all learned knowledge in the related field, designing and developing practical training courses as second minor. · accomplishing first internship locally with ABB Company as prerequisite for ZEvA European accreditation ·accomplishing second internship with Riyadh institute of Technology with cooperation of European experts and under the supervision of TVTC Organization ·Impart general and extensive electrical, mathematical, and physics training courses as per national/international Curriculum Development standards for pupils, under supervision of German Technical Training Organization (GIZ Corporation).
