Site senior engineer managing all electric work documentation approval, supervision of all electrical work at site and with related authorities, work as client representive for all electrical issues and contribute in choosing the appropriate electrical subcontractors.
• Review the contracts documents, such as the design Drawing, specifications and bill of quantities.
• Participate in preparing of Electrical shop Drawings, detail drawings, and as built drawings for any Projects.
• Participate in preparing tenders documents of some projects for the commercial & Technical parts.
• Review all material submittal for all electrical work and equipments according to specification.
• Participate in all necessary alteration and modification in electrical work and coordinate with all other engineering work in buildings.
• Supervise the installation of all electrical systems in building such as lighting, power outlet, fire alarm, CCTV, telephone outlet, and control including Building Management System.
• Participate in testing of all electrical systems including insulation test, continuity test, polarity test, earth resistance test and all tests required by the electrical authorities.
• Attend all testing, pre commissioning and commissioning program for all electrical work.
• Follow up the progress program of electrical work in buildings and review the payments.
• Participate in internal technical meeting, progress meeting, and coordination meeting of the projects.
