logistical support to the medical team. Maintain the stock register of incoming and outgoing medicine and
weekly reporting to the Project manager. Requesting for new medicine required to the field. Taking care
of vehicle fuels, checking log books on daily basis. Forwarding detail report of fuel consumption to the
head office at the end of the month. Maintain attendance register and leave record of the field staff.
Distributing timesheets among the staff at the start of the month and collecting at the end to submit to
the Head office for salary process. Maintain Generator log book. Collecting the expenses bills and submit
to Head office for onward reimbursements. Assist staff in their field activities. Any duty assign by the

and coordinate with training institutes. Coordinate with field offices for staff payroll and medical claims
etc. Organize orientation plan for field staff whenever needed. Conduct frequent field visits to all field
offices of RSI Consulting and ensure effective communication and coordination with field focal staff.
Ensure proper filling system by coordinating with field offices. Represent HR during internal/External
Audits. Regularly updated HR personal/project files and ensure that all required documents are in place.
Ensure acknowledgement of HR polices and procedure.
