•Leading recruitments vertical for organization to support the HR & Leadership team.
•Manage full employee lifecycle administration including the recruitment & selection process.
•Working with the business and Direct Operations head and training leaders to understand talent needs
•Handling casual staff for their payments and documentations in case of busy operations.
•Participate in the preparation of Human Resources budget and manpower planning during busy season.
•Be in charge of the full recruitment process; including posting positions on Taleo, conducting interviews for line employee level and Managers, sending offer letters till induction/onboarding of the staff.
•Review and screen applications, conduct phone/ Face-to-face/ on-line interviews.
•Negotiating salary and benefits with management level associates & coordinate with Dept. heads.
