Presently I am working in Kaya Skin Clinic as a Skin Counselor since 01-June-2012 to till date. I have been assigned as a Skin Counselor that is to manage the Sales Counter provided by our Company “Kaya Skin Clinic” in Phoenix Mall-Lower Parel Mumbai. I have been able to consistently meet the sales targets set for me in a particular month. I have a strong customer focus and always ensure I have exceptional products knowledge in order to guide and provide best products to customers. I have developed strong relationships with my clients over time and as a result Clients are always confident in my products advices and are interested in trialing products that I recommend.
In my role as Skin-Counselor with reputed Kaya Brand products I have recommended and sold many skin care products to the customers by using my communication skills, eye-contact with the prospective customers who come to the counter and then explaining them all about products usefulness for their skin type after analyzing their face-skin in the magnifier machine provided by the company.
Achievements:
• Achieved monthly target of selling Rs.1, 50, 000 worth of products each month consecutively 4 to 5 months. Achieved Average monthly sales of Rs.1, 70, 000 to 180000.
• Won the Wow Achiever-Award from Kaya Limited due to excellent performance in terms of Sales achieved in the month of September-2013.
