Responsibilities:

-OS Linux and Windows both install, maintain and using for day to day operation.
-Linux server OS install, ready to operation, configure network, Firewall and others as requirements.
-Servers: Install, configure and maintaining Mail server, Asterisk PBX server, DNS server, Web server (Apache & Nginx), Nagios server, Cacti server, DHCP etc.
-Dell EMC power edge sever Raid, Install OS, Configure Network, Ensure physical connectivity, Configure IDRAC and ready for run service.
-VMware workstation deploy & configure.
-Datacenter: Monitoring, Servers & Networking devices mount, Ensure physical connectivity.
-MikroTik: Configure, IPARP, MAC bindings, B/W management, Simple queue, DHCP server, Youtube cache, BDIX B/W control, Mangle, Load balance, MRTG graphing, Backup, Static routing, BGP configure etc.
-OLT: Using vendor (BDCom, ZTE, ATOP & DBC). Add ONT/ONU with OLT, Configure ONT/ONU profile. Check and troubleshooting Interface, VLAN, Current configure, about ONT of ONU etc.
-L2 & L3 devices (Switch & Router): Using vendor Cisco and ZTE. Configure, Interface configure, VLAN, IP and VLAN assign on interface. Checking interface status, Backbone link status, laser, Routing protocol status like BGP, MPLS, OSPF & ISIS etc.
-Corporate client's LAN configure and maintain through remotely or physical visit.
-Configure LAN, WAN, CCTV, IP phone configure, AP configure, Fingerprint machine etc.
- MS Office 365 install and ensure service, Outlook solution.
-Communicate with upstream and NTTN vendor for solve kind of issues and ensure smooth connectivity.
-Leading NOC and Support team.

Responsibilities:

- First lever troubleshooting IT related.
-Working on Windows 7 to 10, Configure and troubleshoot for MS Office 365.
-Received client's complaint and processing for solution.
-Client's problem solved over phone as possible or through visited client end.
-Monitoring: Whole network, Network devices, Backbone link, Corporate client, Upstream link and Upstream B/W etc. through using NMS or third party tools like SolarWinds, Dude, Nagios, MRTG, Cacti graph and individual vendor NMS like BDCom OLT NMS, ZTE OLT NMS, ATOP OLT NMS etc.
-Basic troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, CCTV, IP Phone, Computer hardware etc.
-Using Ticketing system for process and solved client issues.
-Monitoring Datacenter.
-Configure wireless devices and ensure internet on wifi.
-Maintain sheet for daily client issues.
-MikroTik: basic operation, checking IP, Client B/W usages, B/W manage etc.
-OLT: Using Vendor BDcom, ZTE, ATOP & DBC, Basic troubleshoot like Checking OLT configuration, ONT configuration, ONT status, profile, VLAN, Up link status, PON status etc.
-L2 & L3 devices (Switch & Router): Using Vendor Cisco and ZTE, Basic troubleshoot like checking current configuration, VLAN, Backbone link, Interface status, interface laser, IP address etc.
-Maintain duty schedule, shifting duty.
