Performing preventive, corrective maintenance and physical checks on Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance System such as Split Unit, Package Unit Chiller, Chilled Water Pump, Air Handling Unit .
• Performing daily routine running maintenance of all equipment and machinery to prevent major machine breakdown.
• Implementing safety measure in construction site to all of our personnel to avoid and prevent accident.
.• Preparing daily reports, maintaining records of inspection made, tests performed, works executed etc.
• Checking materials delivered in site for conformance with approved samples and specifications.
• Solving problems by technical analysis, group discussions, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions at minimum cost .
• Review construction contractor/vendor design data, drawings, maintenance manual to ensure performing work as per the requirement, standard & application codes.
• Responsible for preparing scope of work and BOQ for new installation of equipment.
• Preparing monthly progress reports, participating in weekly coordination meeting with the client and the contractors.

Apply insulating materials to pipes or ductwork, or other mechanical systems in

order to help control and maintain temperature.
