Job Role/Department: planning and maintenance manager
*Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities.
*Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete job scope
*Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
*Prepares Progress reports
*Schedule coordination with internal and external parties
*Monitor overall progress of the job, actual vs. plan, forecast to completion.
*Ensure the job completion within the specified duration.
*Estimate the amount of resources used for each job at the end of work and compare it with what was planned in advance.
*Save and limit the actual resources needed for each activity per job as equipments, materials and labors.
*Assist in integrating plant budget and schedule to support reporting.
* Job cost estimation.

Job Role/Department: Senior engineer
* Diagnosing breakdown problems.
* Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
* Wide practical experience with Control panel, wiring & circuit diagrams, its components, behavior & effects related to the motors performance.
* Responsible for the repair, commissioning, of air compressors, and other heavy equipment machinery. With air-conditioning system background.
* Responsible for troubleshooting and repair.
* Supervises and assigns work to engineers & supervisors and ensures that all tasks are carried out timely. Responsibilities include training employees planning, assigning and directing work, and appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees addressing complaints and resolving problems.
* Reviews purchase requisitions for spare parts.
* Develop safety standards for maintenance and ensure the team follows the standards regularly.
* Responsible for repair (overhauling), Testing & Troubleshooting of motors, Hydraulic Pumps and other machine components on and off the site.
