• Study and assess the organizational structure of the Abu Dhabi Municipality.
• Identify differences and gaps between old & new structure and propose recommendations.
• Preparing budget for new positions according to developing new sections or departments.
• Transfer Aligned employees from the old Organization Structure to the New Organization.
• Conduct meetings with the Sector, Division and Section Heads to understand their requirements for their purpose structure.
• Participate in finding solutions for un aligned employee by developing new position according to their qualification.
• Establish & review job description for municipality positions .
• Propose Job titles for new positions that will create in organization Structure.

• Participate in planning career ladder for all ADM position.
• Participate in planning Manpower for new section and department.
• Studying transfer of jobs in the framework of the budget and redistribution them aligned with human resource planning policy according to Civil Service Law.
• Coordinate with other entity ( MUSANDA) to reflect all change in ADM’s ORG in HRMS system.
• Studying Transfer staffs internally within the budget within municipality sector.
• Study the situation of employees who have been transferred to the municipality and modify their status according to their qualification(ex. career development program).
• Participate in Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance (RADAR methodology).
• Participate with Municipal Transformation Team Member for creating JDs for Human Capital Management Division.
• Participate in HR committee in cases related to OD section.
• Participate with consultant to update the Organization structure.

• Evaluate positions for Abu Dhabi Government by using methodology called " Decision Band & Factor Evaluation System".
• Establishing database for Abu Dhabi Government positions.
• Classification positions that are similar in nature and type of business.
• Documenting all processes and procedures for C&B department ( job evaluation, job analysis)
• Participate in the first phase of launching the annual performance appraisal system for Abu Dhabi Government Organization.
• Responsible for Orientation program for new employees.
