I was responsible for communicating with clients to ensure they were satisfied with their campaigns, preparing reports with details on each campaign, writing media invitations, participating in meetings with clients to discuss campaign strategies, and reaching out to media and influencers for campaign/event coverage.

During my training, I assisted the current secretary of the medical director.
I was in charge of certain tasks during my period. my tasks included customer service.
I would ask patients for their feedback and resolve any issue they have had with the clinic.
I was also tasked to help organize employee files and help approve their leave forms.
I attended meeting with the medical director and his secretary, where I took minute meetings.
