» Gathering and analyzing the requirements of building a Human Resources Information data warehouse (HRIS) that contains the following databases: Labor Market Information Database (LMIS), database of Higher Education students, graduates and staff members of all the Jordanian universities and community colleges as well as Vocational Education information.

» Designing the logical relational and dimensional model of the data warehouse.
» Building the relational database using Oracle database, Oracle Designer, Oracle Discoverer, SQL Server, Analysis Server, ProClarity.

» Setting up dimensions, measures and hierarchies for providing OLAP options.
» Designing and developing data validation and load processes (ETL) using Microsoft Integration Services 2005 & 2008.
» Testing and analyzing the relational and OLAP data warehouse.
» Generating business intelligence reports, cross tabs and indicators out of the data warehouse using ProClarity desktop professional, Excel pivot tables, tableau and other analysis tools.
» I have good knowledge in International classification systems like: ISCO-2008, ISIC-2008, and ISCED.
» Participating in conducting studies on the gap between the supply and demand sides for the most priority economic sectors in Jordan (twenty sectors were done), these studies determine the qualitative besides the quantitative needs of labor market. Obviously, matching the data of demand survey with that of supply survey will show whether the gap is existing or not.
» I participate in preparing The Bulletin of Human Resources Indicators, it is an annual publication covering a variety of indicators in the fields of demography, education and the labor market.
» collecting qualitative and quantitative data and indicators from various official bodies in the fields of the labor market, information on vocational and technical education, higher education, and secondary education, with various types and format of data: survey data and administrative data from institutions' databases
» Reporting to donors and project director on regular basis.
» Conducting workshops and training sessions for users
