Human Resource Supervisor à EDARAT GROUP

- Responsible for recruiting and sourcing in all Group branches: Lebanon, UAE, KSA.
- Experience with outsourcing recruitment on Mega IT Projects, liaising with many known partners, like Symantec, STC, Riyadh Bank, MOBILY, etc…
- Prepare, monitor and control Project Resource budget with monthly follow-up and review, to secure company profit margin is intact.
- Conduct Pre-employment tests/Assessment Centers for all shortlisted candidates and helping in the Selection process.
- Responsible of the Induction Process on first 3 months of new recruits; conduct evaluation & follow-up meetings, until probation is complete.
- Prepare and manage yearly training plan and Training budget by beginning of each year.
- Manage & control implementation of Training Plan throughout the year for all employees in the Group (80 employees), for Hard & Soft Skills training.
- Prepare Monthly Payroll for all employees in Saudi Arabia & in Lebanon, with expenses, deductions, NSSF & GOSI reports, Sharing Employees Pay slips.
- Prepare and control Employee Budget file, monthly and submit it to Finance & Management for Revenue and cost consolidation monthly.
- Preparing Performance Appraisal Calendar and taking part in PA sessions, while insuring efficiency and integrity of the Performance Appraisal internal procedures by taking necessary action in promotions, setting training needs, adjusting salaries, etc…
- Preparing Increases & Bonuses along with Management Board and liaising with Finance to reflect changes in Payroll & Benefits to show impact in Budgeting by end of every year.
- Responsible of continuous update of Reward & incentive Plans, to suggest new ideas and best practices on related topics and how to implement them in the Group.
- Ensure Exit Interviews, Termination & Resignation, End of Service Settlements, etc…
- Reply to all employees queries and ensure it’s always in compliance with Company policy.
- Prepare Contracts, legal documents, attestation Letters to all employees, as requested.
- Prepare/handle Visa/Iqama issuance for all recruits in KSA/UAE from all nationalities.
