• Ensure attracting, recruitment of highly qualified candidates, retaining the existing human capital by developing competence, motivation and recognition
• Ensure the establishment of the Quality System and its maintenance in accordance with the ISO standard and the global Integrated Management System, also in line with customer requirements and the local business strategies.
• Maintain and filtering yearly performance appraisals.
• Assist in the company's Annual party arrangements as well as Ramadan Iftar or any of the company's social events.
• Implementation of global HR & OD policies and processes
