- Inspecting and submitting customs clearance documents to customs broker and following up on the clearance process.
- Planning loads and shipments on ERP System.
- Tracking and monitoring all imported shipments and sharing delivery time tables and updates
with the requesting department.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing system of Logistics documents
•Coordinating Individual duties and overseeing the day to day operations and activities including warehouse and transportation
•Ensuring the standard operating procedures are being followed correctly and in compliance with company and government regulation.
•Creating, analyzing and delivering periodic performance reports and implementing corrective action plans accordingly.
•Maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction through effective incident management and prompt response to inquiries.
• Successful implementation of SAP projects
•Providing training and continuous support for colleagues and
acting as a bridge between SAP functional team and end users.
•Operating day to day transactions on SAP system, processing
purchase orders, sales orders, and entry of good receipt
•Accounting responsibilities included posting vendor invoice, customer invoice, credit notes, debit notes on SAP System in
addition to preparing statement of account and reconciliation.
• Keeping a track of stock levels and creating a monthly demand
forecast accordingly.
•Material flow analysis to optimize the internal flow of materials
• Setting up a storage system for the chaotic materials
•Support in creating and updating tracking charts and standard logistics data sheets.
