Defines and execute collection strategy and Follows up on, collects and allocate payments.
Conduct Feild visits and build relationship with main accounts.
Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line.
Ensures credit agreements are signed, filed and credit terms are correctly reflected in the system.
Monitors invoice delivery, follows up on missing documentation with Billing department
Performs account reconciliations and monitors customer account details for non-payments, delayedpayments and other irregularities.
Researches and resolve payment discrepancies.
Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries, creating Credit Memo.
Generates and develops age analysis, Bad debt forecast, TS/ ASM performance and other reports.Reviews AR aging to ensure compliance.
Ensures doubtful receivables are flagged on time and demand letter is issued.
Maintains accounts receivable customer files and records.
Investigates and resolve customer queries and communicate with customers personally.

Enhance relationships with key alliance partners such as VISA, Mastercard and co-brand affiliated.
Handled potential fraud trends through effective case management for analysis and reviewed by the fraud team.
Prepare financial reports, statements and projections for business plans half yearly.
