• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
• Supports branches by providing, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
• Finalizing the marketing material to support our team (Brochures, Flyers, Giveaways, Posters, Banners…)

• Call center supervision. Planning for outbound campaigns, handling the reporting section. Dividing the job between the agents and supervising them.
• Running the A-to-Z show when it comes to anything related to relations with all sorts of media.
• Developing and updating the database of media connections in all media fields (publishers, magazines, newspapers, TVs, radio stations, programs, websites, blogs, etc...).
• Developing and maintaining close professional relations with key media person.
• Propose any activity or initiative that helps consolidate and reinforce CPR's relations with media.
• Handle the relation with media wherever it comes to sharing press reports and following up till making sure everything needed for our clients is done and covered.
• Be present in events taking place in the city and managing to develop connections with the media present over there (that's one way of getting closer to them).

- To do calling into CRM data base -Schedule appointments for sales representative to meet with prospective customer or for customers to attend sales presentations. -Obtain customer information such as name, address and reactions of prospects contacted. -Record names, addresses, purchase and reaction of prospects contacted. -Update the senior s about documenting and informing the team leader with current trends of the customer calls. -Train and inform customers for trouble shooting customer queries and complaints -Adjust sales script to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

• Develop and implement the sales and marketing plan
• Oversee and analyze sales of IT services and solutions (advanced infrastructure, security, backup and disaster recovery) as well as business solutions (Business Intelligence, CRM and SharePoint)
