 Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more.
 Setting up new user’s accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
 Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
 Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate .
 Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time.
 Talking staff/clients through a series of actions over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
 Installing and configuring the Satellite radio hardware applications.
 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

 Places hardware into production by establishing connections; entering necessary commands.
 Maximizes use of hardware and software by training users; interpreting instructions; answering questions.
 Maintains system capability by testing computer components
 Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
 Evaluates system potential by testing compatibility of new programs with existing programs.
 Evaluates expansions or enhancements by studying work load and capacity of computer system
 Working on all Surveillance systems ( CCTV - Detection-time attendance&Access Controlling -Barriers - Blockers - Parking ).
