Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Responsible for the full recruitment cycle and assisting in maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Evaluated resumes, interviewed, and presented qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicited feedback to refine recruiting strategy.
• Responsible of recruiting for the following head office departments (Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Distribution, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Manufacturing).
• Hired employees from different levels of positions starting from entry-level to senior-level.
• Managed internal and external hiring efforts through the utilization of applicant management software.
• Thoroughly researched prospects' personality type, conduct background checks and verify experience, education, references, and related credentials to determine fit with the hiring profiles and specific criteria established by the company.
• Conducted applicant pre-screening and interviews with prospective candidates and worked closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews in a timely manner.
• Recorded progress of the hiring process on spreadsheets and collected hiring request forms and job offers from all regions.
• Created a recruitment performance dashboard with different talent acquisition metrics such as offer acceptance, turnover rate, candidate experience, source mix, Saudization rate, hiring requests by department, hiring requests by region and city through Excel & Power BI.
• Conducted in-depth analysis of organizational needs and collaborated with stakeholders to ascertain staffing requirements in harmony with corporate objectives.
• Fostered transparent communication and collaboration with department heads and senior leadership to comprehend their staffing needs, challenges, and strategic growth plans.
• Designed and created recruitment calendar to facilitate prioritizing the jobs.
