Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all elements of the order processing and fulfillment lifecycle, confirming PO & placing orders for 2 departments within 2 days.
• Handling the tool that helped the sales team to place orders and control all the features in it.
• Imparting customer training so they can use the tool for checking the references and prices and all the commercial details.
• Checking the expected date of delivery from factories and informing the customer, tracking and liaising with the manufacturer to ensure that the customer gets the materials quickly.
• Working with marketing for product requirements and supporting the creation of part numbers, managing the commercial element and generating quotes and invoices for customers.
• Analyzing and clearing old orders and backlogs in addition to ensuring that all products are shipped to the customers.
• Checking and working closely for payment status updates and receiving payments from the customer, ensuring long term relationships are maintained and working to keep customer accounts active.
• Escalating all delays to internal departments where interaction is required and resolving the issues in good timing.
• Ensuring compliance with company policy & procedure, collecting the Sales forecast every month and send it to demand supply chain in the regional office

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepared the monthly presentation for the operations, reporting on the quality performance of the raw material and finished goods and the safety for manufacturing.
• Entered performance statistics for the month into our Global site, delivered the cost forecast for the group and assisted with all long-range planning, budgeting and re-forecast processes.
• Followed and analyzed trends in the market by comparing the monthly forecast and the actual orders.
• Collected and reviewed individual sales forecasts from bottles and developed composite quarterly and annual sales forecast by product line.
• Prepared and presented reports, charts and tables detailing these numbers to company heads to help inform marketing and production strategy decisions.
