HUB -Commercial Development Supervisor (Nile Air) (Sep 2015 till now)
Responsibilities:-
• Communicate with the GSA (Saudi Arabia- Kuwait- Sudan) as Egypt the HUB.
• Revise renewal agreements and new agreements ( GSA, corporate & incentive agreement) in my core.
• Updates our stations with new rules & conditions, trade alerts.
• Flights and market analyses.
• Salesforce super user.
• Revise sales report from sales reporting to Sales Director.
• Analyses forward booking (flights load & capacity for all routes).
• Monthly reports with revenue and sales for each POS.
• Annual budget target Vs actual achieved and forecasted figures.
• Report Incentive agency productivity with monthly performance.
• Evaluating agencies highlight to approach potential agencies revenue.
• Reporting to commercial chief officer.
• Meetings minutes with all departments or with other companies.
• Check sales force date inserted to be detailed and clear to extract pure reports.
• Create new Item to approve cycle to be able to trace any small action.
• Monitoring Travel Agencies performance & productivity on monthly bases and to provide suitable revenue reports.
