Professional Experience:
•Review incoming and completed work orders and maintains related records.
•Manage stock and prepare requisitions for parts and supplies.
•Supervises, directs and coordinates activities related to installation of Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting system, Fire Detection & Protection System, and Access Control & Security System inside a warehouse, fire house, maintenance building etc
•Wrap pipes in insulation and secures it in place with cement or wire bands.
•Reassemble equipment and start unit to test operation.
•Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe or tubing, using pipe fitter's tools.
•Cut and drill holes in floors, walls, and roof to install equipment, using power saws and drills.
•Adjust system controls to setting recommended by manufacturer to balance system, using hand tools.
Projects: - Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL)
Key Functional Area:
•Preparation & Qualification of welding procedures and welder performance qualification according to ASME SEC IX.
•Inspection of all incoming raw materials, fittings & consumables and review of material Test certificates.
•Review of key rooting map, Isometric and P &ID of piping spools.
•Coordinate piping fabrication activities for shut down activities. To witness hydro & pneumatic test of piping spools.
•Installation of pipes, fittings supports, etc.
•Hydro test package & procedure of pre- commissioning.
•Preparation of Turn over packages for different systems.
•Preparation of flaw list, punch list, and involvement in Walk downs and Quality rounds.
•Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliable
•Coordinating with vendors and consultants for project completion.

•The present and past carrier involvement includes Engineering/Erection/ installation/Testing and Commissioning of various Projects.
•Regular interaction and contacts with Project Manager, engineers and project team members.
•Regular contacts with consultants/ contractors/ vendors and specialists for reviewing progress and resolving day today problems and issues.
•Study and understand Scope of Works, Specification & Project requirements.
•Verify and review the Project drawings & documents and Site survey reports.
•Planning of Site activities, manpower, equipments& allocation.
•Review & Updating as per construction drawings received & actual site conditions.
•Checking of availability of materials in Store and follow up for proper execution of planned activities.
