• Ensure the 3rd party certificate for lifting and rigging appliances, equipment’s such as crane, boom lift, boom truck, seizer lift, man basket& side boom. Expiry date for fire extinguishers powder.
• Ensure the MSDS for chemical substances, paints, gas cylinders, petroleum’s, and safe handling and storage of hazards materials and enforce wearing of appropriate PPE and cloth.
• Special training for the personnel’s like as hot work, working at height, confined space, heat stress, behavior safety, etc.
• Educate the supervisor and working crew to follow safe work practice.
• Participate in mock drill, firefighting drill from time to time in addition to fire protection. Updated review and enforce the fire detection and fire control system.
• Propagate the awareness among workers through Tool box meeting, safety briefing, training & education, safety demonstration and displaying of signage job accordingly.
• Conducting H2S Awareness training, emergency rescue, SCBA & escape hood at Site to the Workers.
• Safety Orientation for Commissioning Activities like Access control, LOTO, SIMOP & PTW.
• To conduct the motivational program to encouraging of worker to improving and build a good safety culture at site. These are however; worker competition speech, slogan writing competition, quiz contest for safety knowledge, breakfast token for the best proceeding work, incentive for reporting near miss happening, certificate of employment and safety award for performing work safely and for good leadership by client.

Monitoring day to day site activities,

observing unsafe act/condition and finding out it's mitigation action and implementation.
and reporting.minor/major injury to our department, Accident/incident reporting.

Preparing Mock drills, ON Site TBT, , daily inspection of work area including visual inspection of equipments.
PTW with JSA for particular acitivity must maintain as per the required standard.
comply with all legislative action as mention in PTW.
Maintain checklist.

Job responsibility at site,
To conduct Tool Box Talk at site on daily basis.
To develop, implement and maintain the H & S management system in all respects to ensure risk to third parties/contractres/stakeholders are understood and controlled.
To work with peers in other discipline to ensure coherent and integrated policies and systems are created that avoid unnecessary duplication and dissipation of an efforts.
To undertake H & S reviews of pre qualification, tenders, proposals and start-up meetings.

 Implementing Refinery's safety plans to ensure the use of personal protective equipment throughout the site.
 Safety and Product Checking at Various Sites.
 Practical Fire Fighting operation using Water/Foam/DCP.
 Checking of all construction, installation, Test & commissioning activities for safety measures.
 Ensuring the worker/ sub-contractor employment are of refinery's safety requirement
 Identification of safety hazards and monitoring safety awareness.
 Inspection of all Fire & Safety equipments and issuing the status reports to Safety Manager.
