• Handling HR tasks: Leaves applications and absence monitoring (V2008, Attendance Management), handling personnel files, maintaining and updating all HR forms and documentations, issuing internal memos, issuing work certificates and attestations, keeping track of incoming CV’s and interviewed personnel and all planned and completed trainings, discussing internal HR issues and reporting them to the CEO and ISO Auditor.
• Assist the Management in: Filing, data entering of personal accounts (on Noria), Tickets booking, applying for all types of visas, and following up for travel insurances.
• Assist IMS administrator: Following ISO protocols to assist in IMS quality improvement, Completing and maintaining all HR ISO documents, Maintaining, updating and recreating necessary documents and HR forms and dispatch them on the system.
• Handling HR Tasks: Monitoring vacations on the Software (Soft STD, Time Management, Crystal Report issuance), Issuing Time Sheets for payrolls, handling personnel files, issuing memos, work and salary certificates, Keeping track of all trainings and workshops, CV sorting, recruiting and interviewing.
