Responsibilities:
- Develops, initiates, maintains and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Account Opening and Compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct. Manages day-to-day operations of the Account Opening and liaison work with head office and back office.
- Develop and provide effective training (Account Opening, Compliance and CRM system) for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.
- Generate periodic MIS reports and provide reports on a regular basis.
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between clients, sales persons and company. Assist with complaints, error, investigations and other queries. Resolve clients’ complaints via phone and email by clarifying the client’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. .
- Act as key liaison person with head office in Beijing, back office in Turkey, compliance office in UK and Australia to maintain relationship, obtain and provide required information, updates, communications and assistant.

Accomplishment:
- Managed to shorten the timeline for an account opening from the general practice of 2 to 3 to 1 working day.
- Shared the innovation experience and trained the employee of another newly setup office in ShenZhen, China. Remotely support the new team from Dubai office till fully independent.

Responsibilities - CRM:
- Co-leading a Customer Engagement platform with SFE Manager in the Gulf region in 2010 and 2011 that resulted in significantly raising the business implementation level, increase employee buying and alignment to business processes.
