(1) Doing the Arabic paper works for the Managing Director (2) Working closely with other Administrative Staff and maintaining communication with the different department, (3) Extensive diary management of diary and scheduling meetings & appointments of the Managing Director (4) Handling all electronics faxes and forward to the responsible person. (5) Screening and evaluating incoming telephone calls. (6) Handling and maintaining a good filing system. (7) Managing & Responsible for the Human Resources Department and Administrative Dept. (8) Taking care and confirming accurate information about the Employees (if needed) (9) Multi - tasking (10) Responsible for the recruitment of new employees, scanning and reviewing applicant cv's (11) Responsible for visa processing in collaboration with the PRO
