Preparation of monthly accounts, MIS and board papers relating to monthly performance.
Monthly Bank and Master card reconciliation. Handle full spectrum of financial & cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL etc., Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.Preparing of Telegraphic Transfer (TT) for suppliers, loan, leave and final settlement of staffs and online payment for foreign suppliers. Involvement of preparation of budgets/other forecasts. Liaising with external auditors(KPMG, Deloitte etc), internal auditors, local and foreign suppliers, Ensure posting of transactions related to Master card on daily basis, Managing Inventory module and Inventory cycling, Assisting to the finance manager for accounts and finance related matters, Identifying system issues and rectify with the developers., Review and approve payment vouchers & journal entries, Accounting, costing and updating consignments for imported goods

Preparing comparison sheet for supplier’s quotations.
, Preparing journal entries and ledgers in computerized accounting system
, Preparing purchase order and forward it for further process. Managing inventory module and ensuring raw material re-order level.
Preparing Raw Material inventory Reports to Production Department and Management.
Reconciliation of suppliers invoices with physical delivery notes
Checking spare parts requirements for vehicle maintenance and preparing purchase order.
Managing Account Payables module which consisted of payments to suppliers on the basis of credit facilities.
Preparing Tracking sheet for Credit limit of Suppliers and its aging report.
Preparing invoice tracking sheets for suppliers and customers. Preparation of financial statement on monthly basis active participation in budgeting and controlling.

Back Office administrator to sales team and interfacing sales data from and Held Terminal to Company ERP system.
Posting Sales after verification into system with Cash Collection.
Reconciliation of Sales invoices with physical delivery reports signed by customer.
Conducting surprise van stock checking as per schedule.
Active participation with internal and external auditor for stock taking in main warehouse as per schedule by management.
Generating sales order and invoices as per customer order.
Surprise stock check for Sub -warehouses.
Preparing Monthly Stock Checking Reports and submitting it to concerned team.
Coordinating with IT team for trouble shootings to Hand Held terminal and system issues.
Reconciliation Cash collections with sales and inventory monthly by each salesman.
